Its great to see some of the people in the house church starting to minister really effectively again. I am thinking now especially of brother Paul who has been coming along for a few weeks now, along with his family. Last night there was a group of about 5 different families or parts thereof and lots of children. Amongst other things, Paul shared about his experiences in preaching the gospel and talking with people on the streets of Brisbane. He also ministered on the guitar in leading praise and worship.

Such love and fellowship is developing - we don't want to leave!
Submitted by michael on Sun, 05/03/2009 - 22:59.Yesterday, on 3rd May we had another meeting, this time with 4 families. We discussed the issues of sanctification and salvation. I can tell you, the meeting went from 4 p.m. to almost 9 p.m., and we discussed over food, and prayed, and worshiped God. I am telling you, there is such a love and joy developing in our group, that no one really wanted to leave.

People are responding to the gospel
Submitted by michael on Sat, 04/25/2009 - 21:00.I want to praise God! You know, its such a joy to share the gospel with people. Last night (25/04/09) I was out with a friend in the Queen Street Mall with the express purpose of just talking with people about salvation and the reality of Jesus.
I was surprised by the receptivity. I got to talk with a wide variety of people - Hindus , unbelievers, backslidden Christians, one serious follower of the pagan religion and a young satanist of the Anton LaVey variety. All the discussions were actually quite fruitful.
