We are not impressed with what WE can do. We know that GOD however can do great things. So we have committed ourselves to pray, Wednesday and Thursday nights, as well as on Sunday together.

If you live in Brisbane and are hungry for God, we would welcome you to pray with us. We are praying for personal awakening. We want to have our spiritual eyes opened. We want the recovery of spiritual sight. We want to buy the eye salve from Jesus.

The apostle Paul prayed for the disciples in Ephesus as follows:

Eph 1:15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,
Eph 1:16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:
Eph 1:17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
Eph 1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints ...

Jesus speaking to the church in Laodicea said:

Rev 3:18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.

There is a need for Christians to have their eyes opened by God. If we are not praying, if we are still committing various sins, it is only because we are spiritually blind and still without understanding.

May God help us to live in wisdom, understanding what the will of the Lord is.
